Getting There
Our main venue, the conference venue, is Kinepolis Jaarbeurs in Utrecht.
As you plan your trip, it is important to remember that cities in The Netherlands are close to each other and traveling between cities by train is easy.
General

The most convenient method to get there is by train, since it’s next to the train station.
Utrecht’s train station is the biggest and most central train station in the country, making it the central hub for (international) trains in the Netherlands.

By Train (recommended)
The venue is just a 5 minute walk from Utrecht Central Station. Therefore, we highly recommend taking the train to the venue. You can find the walking directions here.
There’s no need to buy a ticket for the national trains; just check in and out with your bank card, credit card, or phone.
Many international trains stop in Utrecht. Other international trains stop in Amsterdam. From Amsterdam, there are 8 or more trains an hour to Utrecht taking about 30 minutes.
There are also long-distance night trains to both Utrecht and Amsterdam.
By Plane
The airport for Utrecht is Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS).
Directly from the airport, you can hop on the high frequency (usually 8 per hour) rail connection to Utrecht. A 24/7 train connection takes you directly to Utrecht Central Station in just half an hour.
There’s no need to buy a ticket for the train; just check in and out with your bank card, credit card, or phone.
Rotterdam The Hague Airport and Eindhoven Airport are alternative options. You can get to Utrecht by train within an hour from there.
By Car
We don’t encourage taking the car to the venue, but it is possible. Do note that parking can be costly at €31 per day.
If you have to come to Utrecht by car, we recommend you park at one of the P+R spots around the city. You can find more about this option here.

By Bike
If you live in or near Utrecht, come to the venue by bike! There’s indoor bicycle parking next to the venue.
